Scrap and Salvage is a family-owned vintage, antique, and estate sale business from Los Angeles, CA. During our session, we were able to pinpoint things that have been either abstract or overlooked in their strategy, especially related to their immediate vision and goals. The process helped clarify the next path forward to grow their business by scrutinizing different aspects of the business from new perspectives. It was wonderful to see the ways Jordan and Tamara build on each other’s strengths in their roles. Their passion for their business was two-fold, for the love of the “hunt” for unique items and to keep items out of landfills and give them a second (third, or fourth!) life.
